WELCOME TO MARLBOROUGH SQUARE
Welcome to Marlborough Square – a hidden gem nestled in the southeast corner of Richardson, Texas. Since 1977, our neighborhood has been a thriving and close-knit community where neighbors become friends. Located in Dallas County, just south of Richardson Square Mall and west of L.V. Berkner High School, Marlborough Square is bordered by Plano Road, Spring Valley Road, S. St. Johns Drive, and Potomac Drive. Our community is seated in the Place 1 District and represented by City of Richardson Council Member Curtis Dorian.
Our small, tight-knit community is made up of just six charming streets: Potomac Drive, Flintwood Drive, Forsythe Drive, Concord Drive, Stonecrest Drive, and Mt. Vernon Drive. We’re a friendly bunch who look out for each other, and many of our residents whose children grew up here and now bring their own kids back to participate in one of our residents’ FAVORITE events – our annual July 4th parade and celebration. It’s an absolute blast.
Living in Marlborough Square means being within walking distance of Richardson Square Mall, Berkner Park, and L.V. Berkner High School – a STEM Academy. The Huffines Recreation Center is just a mile away, and we never run out of dining options with a plethora of restaurants nearby. And let’s not forget our beloved Free Play Arcade, a favorite hangout for both kids and adults!
ABOUT MARLBOROUGH SQUARE
NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Marlborough Square Neighborhood Association (MSNA) is all about uniting our community around shared goals. We emphasize safety, security, and keeping our neighborhood looking beautiful. We’re here to boost the quality of life for our residents, uphold property values, and ensure Marlborough Square is always a safe, inviting place to call home. Plus, we’re huge supporters of our local schools, proudly backing RISD’s Berkner Learning Community with fundraising, PTA memberships, and more.
Life in Marlborough Square is never dull, thanks to MSNA’s fantastic social events. From the lively Spring Fling to the patriotic Fourth of July parade and celebration, tasty Wine and Cheese Nights, our festive Fall Festival, and the ever-popular National Night Out – there’s always something to look forward to. Halloween is a neighborhood favorite, turning Forsythe Drive into a vibrant block party with trick-or-treating and spooky haunted houses.
Our Beautification Committee, in partnership with Calloway’s Garden Center, awards Yard of the Month designations year round and hosts two annual yard decorating contests encouraging the entire each street to get in the spirit for the winter holidays and the Fourth of July.
