About Us
The MSNA serves to preserve and improve community, home values and neighborhood safety for 180 homes bordered by Plano Road, Spring Valley, St. Johns and Potomac
Some past accomplishments include:
Obtained original neighborhood signs
Organized a baby sitting co-op
Many neighborhood parties – block /July 4th Fall Fest /Easter
Crimewatch committees
Homeowner Directory
Communication with Mall Management
Reduced student parking in the neighborhood
Helped defeat opening a bar on Spring Valley

Planted crepe myrtles along Plano road
Planted ground cover
Sprinkler System along Plano road
Continuing representation at monthly meeting with City Council
Obtained City Funds to rebuild screen wall - available only to homeowner associations
