• Keep garage doors closed - Over 50% of all burglaries involve open garages.
• Keep house and vehicles locked
• Keep exterior of house well lit
• Make sure landscaping doesn't provide hiding place for burglars
• Report suspicious characters and activity

For this reason, it is in our best interests to always close our garage doors, and never leave anything of value in a car parked outside, including a garage door opener.
